Meet Seana Weaver

Seana Weaver is a seasoned nonprofit leader, executive coach, and systems thinker with over two decades of experience helping mission-driven teams achieve lasting impact. With a master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science: Consulting and Coaching Organizations from Bastyr University’s Leadership Institute of Seattle, she blends deep organizational expertise with a compassionate, action-oriented approach. Seana has worked across the country to guide teams through leadership transitions, strategic pivots, and bold visions—always centering the people and communities at the heart of the work.

Seana’s roots in food justice run deep. She has spent over two decades working in food banks, meal programs, and community food systems—as well as five years in professional kitchens. She founded the Woodstock CT Marathon in 2020, a grassroots, volunteer-powered event that has raised more than $35,000 in small donations to support rural hunger relief in Northeast Connecticut. Seana has led as an Executive Director, launched a food startup, and now supports leaders through coaching, consulting, and fractional leadership. Her practice draws on a unique mix of disciplines—internal family systems, systems thinking, behavioral science, and her own lived experience—to help clients find clarity and move forward with courage.
